Returns & Refunds
For additional piece of mind we offer a 28 day returns guarantee. If for what ever reason you are unsure about your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for that item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Should you need to return an item purchased from us please call us (ASB TECHNOLOGY) at 215 579-0334 or e-mail us on sales@loc8torus.com providing details. We will provide a return authorization number which must be included with your returned item to enable us to track, log and credit you where appropriate.

Warranty
Loc8torus warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for 1 year beginning on the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.

Should the product need to be returned it must be sent directly back to the original place of purchase to be processed. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. If purchased direct from ASB TECHNOLOGY a return authorization number is required prior to the product being returned toASB TECHNOLOGY. Product must be returned by signed delivery in suitable protective packaging.

This warranty does not apply to product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, tampering or has been modified in any way. Without prejudice to your rights ASB TECHNOLOGY may replace a defective product or issue a credit against future purchases.

No other warranties, express or implied are made. ASB TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages whether or not the purpose for which you purchased the product was made known to Loc8torus, the retailer or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
